As a marriage and family therapist I love to see families and individuals thrive and live healthy lives. I am passionate about mental health with an integrative perspective that includes mindfulness and spirituality.
I am bilingual/bicultural with over two decades of experience providing support, family education, and counseling in culturally diverse settings with immigrant families, working through the adjustment and stress of displacement. I also provide psychological evaluations for immigration cases (U, T visas, Hardship, asylum, and VAWA). Licenses: MN, SD, and AZ.
