My personal and professional passion is to serve the community through social justice and emotional healing.
I specialize in working with Chicano couples, interracial couples, and young professionals of color struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am the first Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist of color in Colorado and I understand what's it's like to navigate systems that were not meant for us.
