We often repeat what we don’t repair. We develop patterns and behaviors, often unconscious, to help us meet our needs. Over time, we may begin to notice ourselves feeling stuck and disconnected from ourselves and others. It may be hard to know what we are feeling or even what we need. Sometimes we may not even realize there is a problem. Psychotherapy can help to shift these patterns. By exploring how you experience the world, linking past experiences to your current distress, and practicing new ways of relating we can begin to discover new ways of living.
I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, relational and emotional difficulties, low self confidence, adjustment issues, and cultural concerns. I specialize in working with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and People Pleasers to feel more settled in who they are.
I will offer my presence, curiosity, and observations as we work together to gain a deeper understanding of what is going on. You are welcome to visit my website for more information.
