My top priorities as a therapist are making sure that clients feel safe and advocated for during sessions, and that we take a collaborative approach towards treatment goals. I practice with an abolitionist and integrative approach, depending on the needs of the client. I have four main areas of focus in my counseling practice: Trauma/Complex-PTSD, Deconstruction/Liberation, Neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
As a queer neurodivergent therapist who is actively doing the work alongside my clients, I provide a safe space dedicated to advocation, abolition, deconstruction, and healing.
