Recent Updates From Dena Hinkle
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Through an integrative approach, we will work together and consider the unique experiences, relationships, lenses, beliefs and skills that have shaped you. We will look at the messages you’ve internalized and the truths you want to fully believe. We will talk about skills you can use as you move toward a place of healing and wholeness. I believe in grace for ourselves and for others. We all have equal value and a voice worthy to be heard. I love working with young adults to identify their strengths and abilities and to help create a courageous life characterized by kindness to themselves and others.

I'm passionate about working with young adults ages 18 to 30 to help heal relationship with self and others and to build skills in areas such as: self-esteem, overwhelm, boundaries, anxiety, moderation, attachment, body image and weight, college counseling and planning. Lenses: CBT, HOCI - PIT based model, Enneagram, Strengths.
I love working with clients to discover a more compassionate understanding of themselves and others. When we make peace with ourselves, we can more meaningfully connect with those around us. When we have clarity about our past, we can be more present in the moment. It is challenging work, but it is infused with hope and even joy.
