I work with couples, groups and individuals. My experience with interpersonal relationship difficulties is substantial along with depression, anxiety, anger management, parenting issues, traumas and eating disorders.
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I am able to work with individuals, couples, and groups with the focus on a systems perspective.
I am highly trained in working with trauma clients of any nature with a focus on the EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization) Therapy. I have also been trained in Critical Incident Debriefing, teaching the State mandated Parent Education Program for all parents ending a relationship, Anger Management and Woman's Support Group.
