Is your child underperforming academically? Have you become your child's enemy fighting over school work? Are you overwhelmed with daily tasks? Do you promise yourself to get things done but never seem to accomplish them? Labels such as lazy, unmotivated, procrastinator, disorganized, not working up to potential are often used but do not address the underlying issues. Research has shown that a trained ADHD coach can help. For the past 21 years, I have built a reputation in the Princeton/Mercer County area for helping students and adults to overcome the daily obstacles that come with ADHD.
My clients and I address ADHD related issues such as time management and organization. We set reasonable and attainable goals so that the individual can function more effectively. My unique approach involves 3 central steps: analyze, prioritize, and strategize while at the same time maintaining accountability.
My approach is effective as it is individual, flexible, practical, and tailored to meet each client's needs. I offer frequent check-ins based on individual goals. Please visit my website where you can learn more about me and my coaching practice.
