In our work together, we will identify and reach towards your fullest potential, build a sense of confidence and ease, and achieve deeper connections. These connections will include with yourself, your partner, family members, peers, and other members of your community. Some of these steps will involve making changes but many will involve noticing the strengths that you already possess! I will provide my knowledge and experience treating anxiety/social anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship conflict, identity concerns, social difficulties, grief, and more. I work with children 10 and older, teens, adults, and families.

I identify as Indian-American/South Asian and welcome individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds as well as those from the LGBTQ+ community. I offer Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Gottman Method-informed couples therapy, and Structural family therapy.
My approach to therapy integrates research from cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and relational theories. In other words, I take time to understand you and your family within larger cultural contexts, apply this information to your daily thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and form a healing connection with you to improve your quality of life overall.
