Holding onto hope in the midst of life's challenges, transitions, and relationship struggles is never easy. One of the hallmarks of my approach is to help engender a sense of hope no matter what is happening in your life. I'm very relational and interested in hearing your story, helping you become curious and conscious about your inner life, exploring changes, and empowering you to courageously move forward. The past doesn't need to dictate the future. Possibilities exist and therein lies the hope!
