I am a licensed clinical psychologist and work with adults, young adults/college students, teens, adolescents, and children in individual therapy. I work with a diversity of clients struggling with life transitions and adjustments, anxiety disorders (general, OCD, phobias, panic), depression, communication issues, trauma, grief and loss, sexuality and gender identity, educational or occupational difficulties, executive functioning, and parenting/caretaking. When working with young children I always work with their parents as well. I also offer school observations, for children ages 3-10, as needed for assessment and planning.

I am certified in treating Perinatal and Postnatal Mood / Anxiety Disorders. I provide parenting consultation and parent-care therapy for all ages. I have worked in several independent school settings and have extensive training in the areas of health, gender and sexuality education, behavioral and learning struggles, and autism spectrum disorders.
I strive to provide a warm and nurturing therapeutic environment where individuals feel understood and unashamed. I prioritize goal and insight oriented techniques integrating Psychodynamic, behavioral, narrative, and creative therapies in working towards treatment goals.
