I am an seasoned psychologist who specializes in a thoughtful, in depth approach unique to each individual. My orientation is relational psychodynamic. However, I incorporate a variety of techniques depending on your needs. We will work together to help you understand yourself, your relationships and what is really going on inside of you. I focus the on the inner changes you need in order to resolve your issues. Expect fundamental personal change and growth. I have had my Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology since 1983. I work with individual adults and couples. I am licensed in Idaho and Minnesota. Minnesota is telehealth only.

Common problems I work on include: changing repeating patterns of problems and coping which are not working, stopping self destructive behavior, preventing the past from interfering with the present, healing painful emotional experiences and trauma, self understanding, improving relationships and taking control of your life.
