I have been providing guidance and support for individuals struggling with their mental health for several years. As a trained psychologist, I specialize in CBT for anxiety-related disorders (social anxiety, panic, phobia, GAD, perfectionism, body image), ERP for OCD-related disorders (BDD, skin picking, hair pulling, hoarding), and DBT for emotion dysregulation. I also help with relationship problems, stress management, and career/life transitions. With my holistic approach, I am committed to helping stabilize your overall wellness by strengthening self-care, quality of life, mind-body health, and interpersonal relationships.
