Recent Updates From Frederick Dare
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

Life presents us with many challenging events. It can be difficult to maneuver through the maze of life by yourself. I am here to guide you through this journey with an open heart and an open mind. I have created a judgement free environment, so we can explore your feelings of sadness, anxiety, loss, and any other emotions that you are experiencing. I integrate cognitive behavioral and family systems approaches and interventions. I believe a person's experiences are reflective of their family experiences, and that if a person replaces negative behaviors with positive behaviors, they can better their lives.
Dr. Fred's therapeutic style is Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Family Systems. He utilizes various therapeutic techniques that work best for his clients presenting problems. I am also a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator.
LGBT friendly! All clients are welcome to begin their journey to healing.
