It is my belief that therapy works best when it is a collaborative partnership, and my goal is to provide a supportive and caring environment that enables you or your child to manage symptoms of anxiety more effectively. I have extensive expertise in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related concerns. This includes social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, specific phobias, selective mutism, trichotillomania, and excoriation (skin picking) disorder.
My approach is active, collaborative, and present-focused. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention.
