Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

My clinical experience as a psychologist includes addressing issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety and OCD, disordered eating, emotional difficulties, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I strongly believe that empowering my clients through learning skills to address these problems is the key to successful therapy. I also incorporate your personal values into skill building to emphasize the importance of living a value-driven life. Change is possible, suffering does not have to last forever, and it is possible to get fulfillment out of life, regardless of the circumstances.
I have been trained in providing evidence-based practices (EBP) in clinical psychology. All of the tools and skills I offer in therapy have been rigorously tested in clinical research to be effective for addressing the problems and symptoms my clients are experiencing. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
I believe a key element to successful therapy is creating a safe, non-judgmental environment through validation and empathy for your personal experiences. I want to work with you to help navigate through life's difficulties together. I look forward to watching you achieve your goals and get the most out of life through our work together!
