Deciding to pursue therapy can feel like a daunting process. I work with my clients to ensure that the barriers to living a meaningful life are clearly identified in a way that resonates with them, while working to build a secure therapeutic relationship. We work together to learn tools and strategies to clarify and re-engage with values, while reducing suffering and acute distress by learning strategies to relate to internal experiences with flexibility, curiosity and self-compassion. I attend closely to individual, contextual and multicultural factors when considering how best to approach treatment.

I have several years of experience successfully treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders such as PTSD and CPTSD, grief, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, life transition and adjustment-related concerns, OCD and phobias, emotion dysregulation, and partners or caregivers of family members dealing with sudden medical events.
I work with teens 16+ and adults, primarily using modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)-informed, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am currently seeing clients in person and via telehealth.
