Asking for help can be so difficult, but you are not alone. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, personal loss or chronic stress, I am here to help you. As a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I will help you find the tools to overcome the barriers that are stopping you from finding balance and happiness in your life. I provide a very safe, relaxed and non-judgmental environment, where we collaborate as a team to help you meet your personal goals. My approach is to be empathic and directive, tailored to your needs.
As a graduate from Rutgers University, one of the top PsyD programs in the country, I received exceptional training in general psychotherapy, with specialization in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is the most effective treatments for generalized anxiety, phobias, OCD, PTSD, Panic Disorder, chronic pain and depression, among others.
I've worked with children, adolescents, adults and families but am currently only seeing teens and adults. However, because I've treated people of all ages, I have the skills to help you with a variety issues, including parenting, divorce, and family trauma/conflict. I'm here for you.
