**Currently accepting new clients**Evening appointments available**Teletherapy options** Are you having struggles and concerns about your relationship with your teen? Worried about your younger kids who've experienced some life changes, such as a divorce or moving? Do you and your partner feel like you are drifting apart or finding it hard to communicate well? Are you or a loved one struggling with depression or anxiety? Know that there is hope for better interactions and healing instead of suffering. It can be scary to take the first step and call or email for help, but I'm so glad you are considering it!
I can work with you to help you, your partner, and your family process through those issues and others, learn new skills, create new patterns of interacting, and heal from past hurts and trauma. My specialties are working with adolescents and their parents, play therapy for young children, parenting interventions, and couples. I also work with individuals.
The key to successful therapy is creating a connection with your therapist, which is my goal from our first contact. I always do a complimentary phone consult prior to scheduling the first appointment, to ensure you feel comfortable working with me. Take that first step towards healing and a healthier life, reach out and schedule a time to talk!
