I provide specialized evaluations that address neurodiversity and neurodevelopmental issues; like autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities (dyslexia), or language/other processing issues that could impact school and work performance. I also assess psychiatric and psychological difficulties to provide a comprehensive evaluation. I take a holistic culturally sensitive approach and consider all aspects of your life that might be causing you challenges. I consider how you are uniquely impacted by any neurological, emotional and/or behavioral difficulties that your are experiencing so that you feel understood and empowered.
Assessment with me is designed to be therapeutic and solution focused. The evaluation provides a differential diagnosis so that you can understand where your difficulties are coming from. I then provide focused educational and psychological recommendations that identify ways to help you, or your child, build on strengths to overcome these difficulties.
My goal is to work with you to maximize your, or your child's, potential and promote positive mental health.
