As a therapist, I strive to work authentically and collaboratively with clients to cultivate a space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and relationships. As someone who believes that as humans we are wired for connection, my approach to therapy is rooted in relational-cultural and strengths-based approaches that are framed within a multicultural context. My goal is to help clients strengthen their connections to themselves, others, and the world. We will work hard together to help you reach your therapy goals.
I acknowledging that the client is the expert of their lived experiences. I bring in my expertise of interpersonal therapy, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to collaboratively work with clients towards their healing.
