I specialize in helping people break destructive patterns of coping through the use of practical, evidenced-based coping skills and personal process. I am extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). When individuals, families or couples feel stuck, I help them get back on track.
I am committed to building a strong alliance with my clients, creating a safe environment to process loss or trauma, teaching positive coping skills and accessing your internal strengths to bring about lasting change that enables you to lead a live that is deeply fulfilling and meaningful.
