Entering the counseling field a little later in life has enabled me to utilize many experiences from various life situations. I have observed many individuals hurting and desiring quality of life. I am here to assist you with various struggles resulting from life's experiences and stressors. I have strengths in assisting you with anxiety, depression, crisis and trauma, grief and loss and conflicts in relationships, impacting all ages. My approach is integrative and I will meet you where you are regarding any challenge.
