Recent Updates From Elizabeth Martinez
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
As Brené Brown says, “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” I believe my job as a therapist is to come alongside individuals and families and help them come alive. We all deserve the opportunity to be the best that we can be, and I am honored to share that experience with my clients.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate working towards my full licensure in Oklahoma. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services and my Master of Science in Community Counseling from John Brown University.
I enjoy helping adolescents and adults work through the issues of life including but not limited to anxiety, life adjustments, boundaries, coping skills, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, and challenging relationships. I strive for clients to feel empowered and respected throughout their time with me. I look forward to helping you.
