I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist with 15 years of experience. I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. I assist people with a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, eating disorders, grief/loss, divorce, and workplace difficulties.
I have a subspecialty working with individuals dealing with eating disorders. I have done hundreds of evaluations for bariatric surgery and work with people both pre and post-surgery. Additionally, I have 15 years of experience treating bulimia and restricting behaviors that are appropriate for an outpatient setting.
