I provide professional counseling services to children, adults, families and couples in the Northern Virginia area to help them find solutions and growth in their lives.
I help children aged 3 y.o. up to 12 y.o. by utilizing play therapy, sand tray, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Parent involvement in the therapeutic process is necessary for children to achieve optimal benefits from the therapy.
