Recent Updates From Susan Hodges
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

As an experienced child and family therapist, I am committed to providing you with the tools needed to rid your relationships of conflict, pain and frustration. I offer a safe, nurturing environment where those suffering from mental health concerns will be treated with empathy and compassion. I believe you matter and deserve to be recognized, valued and understood. You are a person of worth. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness or failure.
I enjoy working with children and teens with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues including acting out, putting blame on others, refusing to follow rules, questioning authority, experiencing excessive worry, fear and anxiety, arguing, throwing temper tantrums, hyperactivity, short attention span, impulsiveness, aggression or self-injurious behavior.
I have years of experience in guiding children and teens to navigate separation/divorce, chronic disease and death of a loved one. My treatment goals include expanding on existing strengths, improving communication, developing healthy coping skills and promoting mindfulness. My office is handicap accessible. Office Hours Monday-Thursday 9-6PM. Closed Friday.
