Recent Updates From Gwyn Fallbrooke
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Life can be a lot: noisy, demanding, overwhelming, sometimes downright impossible. We each need a space where we’re not expected to hold it all together or live up to other people’s expectations. In that calm, quiet place, we can learn to listen to ourselves more closely, to find out who we are and how to get closer to the life we want. Having a skilled, patient collaborator in that space can be crucial, especially if you’ve been struggling to get clear on what’s not working in your life or what needs to change.
My goal is to provide nonjudgmental, open-minded support in your process of figuring out what’s right for you—with work, friends, partners, family, and, maybe most importantly, your relationship with yourself.
I specialize in supporting folks navigating marginalized identities, who have historically found it difficult to see themselves reflected in the society around them. Learning to recognize who we are and what’s important to us, beyond who we’ve been told we should be (or are failing to be), might be the most powerful and subversive work any of us can do.
