Recent Updates From Haley Moore
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
It is exceedingly courageous to acknowledge the pain you carry and take the first step towards healing. Seeking out help presents daunting searches that require a sense of vulnerability and I hope to bring support through each of these steps. My primary goal is to provide a safe space for each individual - as this is the most important element of the therapeutic process - and from that foundation work collaboratively with you to build into your sense of agency, autonomy, and innate resilience as a human being.
Within my practice I incorporate interpersonal process, strength-based, and person-centered approaches to accommodate each client’s specific needs - bringing experience and specializations in working with adjustment, anger, anxiety, conflict resolution, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and stress management.
What this actually looks like in a session will be a non-directive approach that cultivates a space to be heard, understood, and known while I follow your lead in providing unique and specialized support. My hope is that together we can foster an empathetic, resourceful, and collaborative environment to begin this process of restorative healing for you.
