Welcome, I am so glad you’re here! Seeking therapy support can be an uncomfortable and vulnerable process for many of us. So first, I want to acknowledge the anxiety and apprehension that often comes with starting this process as well as commend your courage to work on your wellbeing. Therapy can be transformational, empowering and life-changing in ways you were not expecting but longing for. A big reason for that is because when we start to feel less alone with our struggles and begin to honor our feelings, we can discover our authentic, core self.
I strive to offer a safe space for us to do this work together. Our sessions are a place where both your pain and your joy are welcome. You get to bring the messy, emotional, defensive and stuck parts of you. The parts you hide from everyone else. All of you is welcome.
Our journey together begins with me working to understand you, your experiences and perspective. It is so important to me to provide a safe space to highlight your strengths and explore the beliefs that are not serving you well.
