Recent Updates From Christina Yum
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

Update: Serving clients in-person out of Long Beach, CA. Virtual services not offered at this time for new clients. I believe we all possess the innate ability to heal, grow, and thrive. Sometimes, we just need a little help to move us through those stuck places. My goal is to help you grow insight and awareness into those struggles and to fully access your strengths in order to pursue new ways of being for a fuller, more connected life.
I work from a relational, person-centered approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental space in service of your healing and growth. I collaborate with you and weave together different therapeutic modes and theories to help meet your needs. My style is compassionate, warm and down-to-earth. I strive to work through a trauma-informed, social justice lens.
My work as a therapist is deeply influenced by my own transformational experiences as a therapy client. I understand the courage and vulnerability it takes to seek support and actively choose a different path. I now seek to offer all that I have learned and gained, back to you. I look forward to joining you in the work of self-discovery, growth, and healing.
