Sunday morning session times available starting January 2024! There may be parts of you that are nervous to start therapy. That is so normal. My goal is to create a safe place where we can sit in the mess together. I often see individuals who want to process their experience of life, feel their feelings, and gain practical tools. These individuals may be struggling with substance use, monogamous or polyamorous relationships, life transitions, anxiety, and/or depression.
In a sense, I think we're all trying to live life in recovery from the past hurts and present struggles. My approach to therapy is informed by IFS (Internal Family Systems) while keeping in mind your triggers, boundaries, and regulation techniques.
Working together means that we celebrate the small wins, take one moment at a time, and gain empowerment to do hard things. I currently have availability for new clients and can be reached via phone or email. If you'd like to go ahead and schedule a session, please do so on my website.
