Recent Updates From Lynn Wilhite
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I am a clinical social worker who specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety disorders and parents who are experiencing the transition into parenthood. I have a background in both community mental health and private practice, and have served many diverse groups of individuals throughout my training.
While I primarily take a cognitive behavioral therapy approach, I best describe my approach as eclectic, taking from different theories as appropriate for each individual client. I am currently working on getting certified in ERP (exposure response prevention) for OCD and have completed Postpartum Support International's advanced psychotherapy training.
Reaching out to get therapy is a huge step in your personal healing process. I wholeheartedly believe in therapy and its ability to impact your life. I would be honored to walk alongside you, wherever you are in your journey.
