Functioning with depression and constant worry is challenging. Strained relationships can leave couples with feelings of anger or resentment. The emotions that come with these are challenging. I work with children and teens, individuals and couples, experiencing depression, anxiety, strained/distant relationships, and life transitions. I meet you where you are and create a space where you feel heard and validated. I can relate to the feelings of depression, constant worry, feeling lonely in a relationship, I too have been there. I work together with you to help you identify and explore your thoughts and feelings creating an opportunity for change. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge your thoughts and develop coping strategies to help you find new ways to cope. We will work together to find the right tools that will aid you in your relationship with your partner and self.
