Recent Updates From Kathryn Rowe

Yogi Berra was on to something when he said "“Baseball is 90 percent mental. The other half is physical." The only thing is, baseball is not the only sport that is impacted by the mental side of the game. In fact the mental component is important in anything related to performance; sports, public speaking, music, emergency-work, military, etc. As a mental performance coach, I help client's with topics including, but not limited to: confidence, anxiety, injury and return to play, stress management, communication, recruiting, relationship dynamics, relaxation, focus, and performing under pressure.
I value the importance of individualized plans for progress and utilize evidenced-based skills to help each client identify their own ideal performance mindset. Through strategies such as mindfulness, visualization, self-talk, CBT skills, and goal setting, I will help you develop the skills that will allow you to perform at your best more consistently.
Through my experience working with athletes, and being a former collegiate athlete myself, I understand not only the rewards of performance, but the difficulties and stressors that go along with performing at a high level. My ultimate goal for working with you is to help make the difficult times more manageable and enjoyable. Lets get to work!
