I am a licensed social worker (NY, MA & NJ) whose psychotherapeutic approach stems from sex therapy, trauma-informed care, and emotionally focused therapy. Using a relationship-centered model, I focus my psychotherapy work on the therapist-client bond in a collaborative and integrative environment. ​As a clinician, I have much experience working with couples and poly relationships, LGBTQIA+ folks and relationships, refugees and asylum seekers, and sexual assault survivors. I have worked with clients wrestling with depression, anxiety, shame, gender and sexual identity concerns, sexual functioning, sexual desire, and self-esteem.
As a prospective sex therapist, I have extensive education and experience in human sexuality, working with various sexually and erotically-marginalized populations, ethical non-monogamy and polyamorous relationships, sex workers, and on sexual functioning and dysfunctioning.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a musician and songwriter. Music, and the arts, more broadly, inform much of my client-centered work.
