Sometimes life can be unjust and unfair, even painful or discouraging and the ability to move past those struggles may seem impossible at the time. I hope to help clients learn to manage intense emotions, develop meaningful and purposeful connections, create mutual understanding, and improve communication or resolve existing conflicts.
