I use a client-therapist collaborative approach to therapy, highlighting my client's strengths to develop solutions that best fit them. It is important to me that each individual feels seen, valued, and safe in the room culturally, physically, and mentally.
I utilize a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help Individuals, Couples, Families, and Teens develop a better understanding of self, build stronger relationships, and gain the confidence to navigate life in a healthy manner.
I believe with the right amount of effort and empathy we will foster an environment for the changes you want to see, in your relationships, and families. This is just the first step!
