Recent Updates From Mindy H
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

My clients are seeking help adjusting to major life changes, looking to live with painful emotions and eventually adapting them into meaningful action - towards themselves and those they love. I largely work with women, men and teenagers who are going through divorce and family restructuring, i.e. becoming re-singled, re-partnered, or learning to accept life split between two homes. Individuals looking to redefine place and purpose in the world after change, especially unwanted, is hard work. Having a sounding board and therapeutic guide who listens, challenges and supports you is essential to reaching your goals.
I specialize in working with individuals who are grieving loss. Self care is at the heart of my practice and can be newly learned at any age. I focus on clients as individuals and treat each unique set of needs by listening and questioning to help guide towards greater self understanding, love and ultimately deeper and richer relationships moving forward.
Any major life transition, be it death of a loved one or divorce, is sure to catalyze personal transformation. But adjusting to change, especially unwanted, is never easy. Having a confidential space to work through oscillating emotions in a timeline best suited to you is key to moving forward meaningfully.
