Recent Updates From Caryn Crotty
Last updated | Thursday March 6, 2025

Many times in life we stray from the path we thought we were on and unexpected difficulties arise. We may struggle to get through our day to day lives and to feel connected to our loved ones. I hope to be a support to you through the challenges you face in your daily life and when new difficulties arise. My goal in therapy is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to process different thoughts, feelings and memories. I strive to assist you through changes that will bring more self-compassion and connection into your life, and ultimately use your strengths to help you reach your goals.
Using a variety of techniques, we will work to achieve desired changes and growth. I integrate skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy. Additionally, I use emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) for work with couples to help build trust and security between partners.
