Recent Updates From Scott Wilson
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

I exclusively work with youth and adolescents who have engaged in sexually inappropriate or sexually harming behavior. I provide specialized treatment and wrap-around support at a time when a child’s behavior is more manageable than when they cross-over into the juvenile system. Research into adverse childhood experiences shows that without timely, appropriate treatment, youth may become further traumatized and may respond in ways that create additional victims – with impacts that ripple out into the community. I work to provide treatment at a time when it can have the most beneficial impact.
I use a curriculum and methods based on each individual’s needs and developmental level. Treatment includes individual and family approaches, focusing on respect and hope for change. I strive to achieve accountability for harming behaviors, victim advocacy, as well as positive youth development and the strengthening of families.
Often families aren't sure how to help encourage safety while holding youth accountable as shame, guilt, and embarrassment often discourage intervention. I encourage you to reach out, even if you have questions or are considering how to support your child. You and your child are not alone.
