I have specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and primarily work with adolescent and adults addressing issues related to anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, relationship difficulties and rigid thinking. This framework promotes increased understanding and regulation of emotions as well as healthy coping skills to handle challenges.
I invite clients to work with me and my therapists if they are looking to gain practical skills in an empathic space. Other practice associates are also available that specialize in trauma, grief, and substance use.
