Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Life is hard — Sometimes it helps to have an outside objective view to support and navigate you through growth and changes that lead to healing and peace. Whether working through a specific issue or just trying to manage life. I will join you as you walk through your experiences, offering a safe place to tell your story. I believe relationship is paramount to healing. I will bring authenticity, understanding and compassion to meet you where you are, see you, hear you and value you.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, including principles and techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapies, Client-Centered and Adlerian Therapy. Together we will challenge thoughts and actions to cope with and resolve difficulties. Clients begin to recognize that responses to current situations are rooted in social, cultural and past experiences.
My goal is to help you to identify and work through unhealthy patterns and thoughts to promote healing and help you find peace. I believe in the healing power of therapy and welcome the opportunity to work with clients from all backgrounds. I am passionate about working with marginalized communities; in an effort to normalize mental health care.
