Recent Updates From Stacie J.
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

I specialize in working with individuals who may be experiencing some sort of transition or change in their lives. This may include issues related to work, depression/anxiety and/or sexual/gender orientation. I began my career as an independent counselor and over time, transitioned into a corporate healthcare setting. I utilize a 'coaching' approach which focuses on current issues and the creating of real-time strategies to address these issues. My clients are often focused on career issues, work/life balance and the search for an understanding of oneself more fully.
As a family therapist, I understand the role that systems can play in our lives - no matter how connected (or not) we may be with individuals within those systems. As a coach, I understand the importance of clarity on the issues and developing strategies to address them. My work tends to be solution-focused and efficient in nature.
I have specific experience working with men and women who may be considering a significant change or transition. It can be difficult, even risky, to break out of what we are 'supposed to do' to pursue what we believe we need to do. I understand the challenge that can accompany change.
