I have over 11 years of counseling experience and have worked in community clinical counseling, college counseling, career counseling, and private practice. I have over 13 years of experience working with multicultural populations as well as developing and providing trainings on topics of equity and inclusion and multicultural identities to mental health professionals and organizations. I co-created and co-lead a counseling group for transgender students as well as co-facilitated a doctorate level training seminar on multicultural competency and unconscious bias at the University of Northern Colorado.
