Art therapy, and expression can be extremely useful for many different struggles that you may have. Creativity can tap into the part of our brain that is used less often and create new pathways for positive mental health. Anxiety, greif, substance use, self-esteem stuggles etc. can be managed through the use of Art therapy mixed with traditional talk therapy. No artistic ability is needed in order to participate in this practice, nor will you be judged for artistic ability. If you are someone who may also struggle with expressing verbally, Art therapy may be for you. I look forward to supporting you in the best way possible!

I have always enjoyed using art in my personal time to cope with stressors and create a space for myself to heal.
