Making the decision to seek therapy is one of the bravest steps you can take. It requires great courage to change, and keeping that in mind, I feel honored to assist you in taking that step. I have extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults on a wide range of issues, and I welcome diversity in my clients. I believe in providing a warm, supportive, judgement free environment for the therapy process, and I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on your specific needs.

My practice is primarily focused at the intersection of trauma and relationship dysfunction. I have specialized experience in treating survivors of trauma, as well as with those stuck in dysfunctional relationship patterns. I provide EMDR and also have advanced training in Attachment Focused EMDR. I consider trauma and relationship issues my area of focus.
My style is warm, authentic and laid back. I enjoy laughing with my clients and learning about them, human to human. When we first meet, I am an actual stranger to you; you will never be expected to share parts of you or your story before you're ready. Once you are though, I'm here for it, and I seem to have somehow been born lacking the ability to judge.
