Living in a broken world naturally means we may often feel broken ourselves, detached from who we genuinely are, who we once were, and who we long to be. It is easy to lose connection with our true selves as we attempt to navigate our external relationships, past traumas, societal expectations, and the daily demands of this world. This disconnection can disrupt our sense of equilibrium and wholeness and can bring on feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, and a general dissatisfaction with life.

If you have experienced this sense of detachment, you know it may be difficult to find yourself again without some help. This is where our relationship comes in. My approach to therapy is centered in the mind-body connection and using our therapeutic relationship as a road map to navigate both internal and external connections.
I specialize in treating eating disorders, mood disorders, attachment/relational issues, and spiritual struggles. I have worked at inpatient and outpatient levels of care and use several different attachment-based approaches and trauma-focused modalities. I would love to connect with you to discuss your needs and assess if we would be a good fit.
