Recent Updates From Jill Geller
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I’ve been a New York State licensed, nationally board certified Art Psychotherapist (LCAT, ATR-BC) for over 15 years and a registered yoga teacher (RYT) for nearly as long. Along with being part of a dynamic team of private practice clinicians in a Westchester area wellness group and teaching yoga classes at studios in NYC and Greenwich, CT, I’ve practiced Art Therapy as a primary clinical therapist in a partial-hospitalization program, assisted in the opening of a community art therapy center in New York City and have consulted for nonprofit agencies serving various populations in and around Manhattan.
I can help address a range of needs for children, adolescents, adults and families managing concerns such as depression, anxiety, working with and though trauma, relationships, grief, and the general search for life’s meaning.
Alongside traditional talk therapy, I incorporate elements of art therapy, meditation, and yoga when desired and useful to further facilitate relaxation, insight and growth. Contact me today to learn more about how these tools can help you.
