If it were that simple to quiet your what if's, over thinking and the constant loop of second guessing that runs around in your brain, you would have done it by now. You'd love a break from your busy mind, thinking and over thinking and more thinking. It's automatic. Maybe you've always been this way. Maybe you can remember when it got worse, maybe you're not sure when it started, but you're damn sure you'd like it to stop. Other people seem to have it better, they're not bogged down by such a tangled pattern of thoughts, why not you?
