Recent Updates From Jen Marshall
Last updated | Friday March 7, 2025

Are you a woman who grew up in a challenging or even unsafe family environment? Do you struggle with self-judgement, self-doubt, or self-sabotage? Do you find yourself confused in personal/professional relationships? If so, you may believe your difficulties are your own fault, and that if only you could be better or stronger, things would be easier. In truth, you may be dealing with unhealed trauma. Unsteady attachment to one or both parents can be the unrecognized source of a lot of adult suffering, Understanding its impact and learning to care for yourself instead of judging yourself is the path to freedom.
My goal is to help the scared, sad part of you find its voice, so that it can be heard and healed instead of rejected and shamed. Using an approach informed by Internal Family Systems and DBT, I will help you build a new, different, more compassionate relationship with yourself that will change your relationship with others.
You have inner wisdom and intuition that is untouched by any trauma. I can give you tools to help you access that part and learn to use it as your guide instead of the way you are feeling in any given moment. I am accepting new clients and would consider it a privilege to talk with you.
